**Drawing Foundations – 4 Week Workshop**

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made for the Drawing Foundations workshop (“the Course”). By booking a place, you agree to the following terms.

## 1. Booking & Payment

 

1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

1.2 A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.

1.3 All course fees are listed in GBP (£).

## 2. Cancellations by Participants

 

2.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a £20 administrative fee.

 

2.2 Cancellations made 7–14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

 

2.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

 

2.4 Once the course has begun, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

## 3. Missed Sessions

 

3.1 The Course is sold as a complete 4-week programme.

3.2 Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

3.3 Where possible, handouts or summary notes may be provided at the instructor’s discretion.

## 4. Minimum Enrolment

 

4.1 A minimum number of participants is required for the Course to run.

4.2 If minimum enrolment is not met, participants will be offered either:

(a) a full refund; or

(b) transfer to a future course date.

## 5. Changes or Cancellation by the Instructor

 

5.1 The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or venue issues.

5.2 Where possible, an alternative date will be offered.

5.3 If a rescheduled session cannot be attended, a proportional refund for that session will be issued.

 

5.4 Liability is limited to the value of the course fee paid.

## 6. Liability

 

6.1 Participants attend at their own risk.

6.2 The instructor accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

6.3 The instructor is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

## 7. Photography & Promotion (Optional – include only if relevant)

 

7.1 Photographs of the workshop or artwork may be taken for promotional purposes.

7.2 Participants will not be identified without consent.

7.3 Participants may opt out of photography by informing the instructor in writing.

## 8. Data Protection

 

8.1 Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for communication relating to the Course.

8.2 Information will not be shared with third parties.
